ITEN sign a distribution agreement with Ryoyo Electro Corporation for Japan and Popular Republic of China.
The French solid-state micro-battery manufacturer leverages the outstanding experience and the deep knowledge of Ryoyo Electro over these two zones.
ITEN and Ryoyo Electro Corporation are pleased to announce the signature of a distribution agreement for ITEN solid-state micro-batteries covering both the territories of Japan and Popular Republic of China (PRC).
This signature takes place only a few months after the appointment of Satoshi Shimose as ITEN’s sales director for ASIA. “Such agreement is key for ITEN commercial expansion in ASIA. Ryoyo Electro is one of the major distributors having a long-standing experience over these territories and a very good knowledge of the markets and applications targeted by ITEN micro-batteries” stated Satoshi Shimose.
Mr. Shuji Koizumi, Executive Officer General Manager, Semiconductors and Devices Division at Ryoyo Electro also added: “We are very pleased to have signed a distribution contract with ITEN. With ITEN’s powerful and fast-rechargeable solid-state micro-batteries, Ryoyo Electro will thus offer to their customers a new ecofriendly alternative to coin cells and supercapacitors for low power wireless systems.”
Such distribution agreement is effective as of today.
